“Don’t aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.” – David Frost
Over five years ago, a team of software architects and developers at Rivet Logic were building out a web content management solution for a major enterprise client in New York City. After evaluating and selecting the best solutions in the market from which to start, they soon recognized that a major hole existed. A gap that no one yet had filled.
Traditional web cms solutions had been built to manage content, and publish that content to a website for consumption. A one way street.
But a new Web was emerging… one that was more social, more mobile, and more personal. And the Rivet Logic team believed they could design a new approach toward enterprise web content management. One built around the idea of using content to create engaging experiences.
The open source Crafter Rivet project was born back that day in 2007.
Since then, hundreds of enterprise sites were launched into production on Crafter Rivet, as it continued to evolve to meet customer needs.
Today a new company is launching to accelerate this early success. Welcome to Crafter Software.
