Enhancements

• Improved upgrade/startup for installations with an index called group_ibfk_1 on table Group

• The Dashboard’s USER filter label can be configured by using the plugin translation override system

  See Translations Override for more information on overriding the translations for the User filter label in the Dashboard.

• Removed unused Apache CXF dependency

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue with states when performing Publish Everything and Publish

• Engine and Studio request-body endpoints that use the XML converter are now restricted to application/json
